Whole Brisket Box
From: $147.00
Our naturally raised whole brisket is now available for a limited time. Hand-trimmed and dry-aged, this brisket offers exceptional flavor and tenderness, making it an excellent choice for smoking, slow cooking, or braising.
Our cattle are pasture-raised and corn-finished on our ranch in Northeastern Colorado for the rich, classic beefy flavor that barbecue enthusiasts love. With just the right amount of marbling, this cut is ideal for achieving a tender, juicy result, whether you’re a seasoned pitmaster or new to brisket cooking.
Each beef brisket whole is dry aged to give the meat maximum tenderness and richness of flavor. Taking the time to dry age our beef allows nature to work its magic so you can enjoy a more robust, beefy flavor in each cut of beef. Our briskets are then hand-trimmed before being vacuum sealed for maximum freshness.
Take your smoking or slow-cooking skills to new heights with this versatile cut, perfect for creating memorable meals with friends and family or competing in BBQ competitions. Don’t miss your chance to experience the quality of our whole brisket—available for a limited time only.

The process of dry aging is a 3 step process. First, the water is evaporated during the dehydration phase, resulting in a robust, rich, beefy flavor. Second, the natural enzymes found in beef break down the collagen tissue, essentially tenderizing the beef. The final phase is the production of bacterial fungus, similar to that found on aged cheeses. This is a natural state that occurs on the external surface of the meat, with the natural enzymes working with the external fungus to give the beef maximum tenderness and richness and depth of flavor. Before packaging, the fungal growth is completely trimmed from the meat.
