Thank you for choosing us to be your ranchers for your custom beef shares order! We know circumstances can change and we’re happy to offer refunds for the initial deposits for custom quarter, half, or whole beef shares orders.
Because Custom Beef Shares orders are cut to your exact specifications, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds 0-2 months prior to harvest or after your beef has been cut. You are responsible for paying both the final cost of the beef and the butcher’s processing fee.

75% of your deposit minus $30 restocking fee
3 Months Prior to Harvest
50% of your deposit minus $30 Restocking Fee
2 Months Prior to Harvest
25% of your deposit minus $30 Restocking Fee
0-2 Months Prior to / After Harvest
We are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds at this stage
We are unable to ship our custom beef shares orders. If you order custom beef shares instead of a standard beef share by mistake, we are happy to apply your deposit toward your beef share. Just contact us to let us know you need to switch your order: NaturalBeef@ChristensenRanch.com.
