From Pasture to Plate in Aspen, Colorado
We’re excited to share that our beef is featured at PARC Aspen, the newest locally sourced farm to table restaurant in Aspen, Colorado. Our braised short ribs are a best-seller and we can see why! Executive Chef Mark Connell slowly braises them with a farro risotto, orange gremolata, and espresso roasted parsnips; delicious!
