Each cut is vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness for at least one year.

How much beef will I receive?

Our steers average 1,200lbs but can range between 1,000-1,400lbs depending on age, genetics, and the time of year when they’re taken in for processing.

Custom Whole Bulk Beef Share: You will receive 320-440lbs of beef, depending on the actual weight of your animal.

A 1,200lb animal has a hanging carcass weight of 720lbs, after the head, hide, and leg bones have been removed. The number of cuts yielded from a whole beef averages 48% of the hanging carcass weight for an average of 345lbs of beef.

How do I pick up my Custom Whole Beef?

We offer three convenient pick up options:

Shipped to Your Door

Shipping rates vary based on your shipping address. If you choose shipping, you will receive your beef approximately one month after it is taken to the butcher. We take beef to the butcher multiple times per harvest. You will receive an email with tracking numbers when your order ships.

• Custom Whole Bulk Beef orders ship in 10 50lb Boxes.

 

Pick Up At The Ranch

Connect with where your food comes from! For just $40 per whole, you can collect your custom bulk beef order directly from our ranch—saving drive time. We’ll email you once your beef is ready for pickup, and will hold your order for up to 5 days (including weekends) before a daily storage fee applies. 

 

Pick Up From The Butcher

If you live in Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, or Wyoming you can choose to pick up your order directly from the butcher.
